Library Facilities

     To promote a spirit of continuous learning among its students the Sri Ramakrishna College of Engineering assures peaceful and enriching hours in the library. It has about 5000+ volumes and 2500+ titles of books. In addition to which, the library also subscribes to International and National journals and periodicals.

     In this fully automated library, students and staff members can search for books by author, title or subject heading and their availability. Each student is given 2 library books at a time and they have allocated library hours/week.

  • Excellent reading halls that has reference books, hand books, dictionaries and encyclopedias
  • All the books and periodicals are arranged department wise
  • Maintains back issues of volumes of the periodicals, previous year question papers, and project reports, which are organized department wise in a chronological order

     In our institution separate hostels for boys and girls with good infrastructure are provided. The aesthetically designed modern hostels provide home atmosphere. All the rooms have enough space and furnished with intercom facilities.

       Both vegetarian foods are provided in a hygienic way. Medical service is available 24 hours a day.

Transport Facilities

     Sri Ramakrishna Educational Institution has more than 50 buses which are made available to the students and the faculty members for commuting from various points in the city. All students should make use our Transports or should stay in the hostel. This facility has made it possible to start the classes in time and thereby helping the academic process. Our bus facilities have enabled us to maintain discipline among students.

     All the buses reach the Campus before 9.00am, so that all the students and faculty can attend the classes at 9.10am. The buses leave the campus at 4.40pm, which helps all the students to reach home early and safely. For the benefit of students who are attending special classes, using internet facility, library etc., special buses are arranged everyday which leaves the campus at 6.30pm.
